A non-executive director with over fifteen years experience across the commercial, government and not for profit sectors with noteworthy experience in superannuation, technology, health and education. At board level Michelle’s contribution is to grow organizations and improve governance by working with company boards to develop customer engagement and growth strategies, mitigate technology and cybersecurity risks, and identify funding and revenue growth opportunities.

In previous executive roles including as Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Michelle has designed and implemented digital strategies that contributed to double digit year on year revenue growth and upgraded operational services to deliver similarly scaled EBIT improvements.

Michelle believes firmly in the value of continuous learning, having a Bachelor of Business (BBus), a Master of Business Administration - Exec (MBA) and has completed the AICD’s Company Directors Course. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant and was listed in the Australian CIO50 as one of the top Chief Information Officers in 2016 and 2018.

A consultant, academic and researcher with over ten years experience in teaching and researching influences on project success, leadership, and project management in the Master of Project Management program. International experience through running offshore projects and teaching in Singapore, Hong Kong, & Vietnam into the Bachelor Applied Science Construction program.

Previous roles include principal consultant, project director, portfolio program manager, and manager of computing and IT architecture.  Ken has experience across a variety of industry sectors including Banking & Finance, Government, Retail, Telecommunications, Logistics, Education, Legal & Law Enforcement.

Ken believes firmly in the value of continuous learning, having a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), a Master IT Project Management (MITPM), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Business (BBus). Ken’s research focuses on the interconnection of human behaviour and person/fit in delivering successful projects.
